Parent teacher conferences:  Thursday, January 27th from 3:30pm - 7:30pm

Parents can opt for an in person conference, a remote conference via Google Meet or phone conference.  Once you have selected a conference time in ParentVue, teachers will contact you to discuss the format you have selected for conferencing.

**Because we are currently under a mask mandate - all students, staff and visitors are required to wear a mask while in the building.

If you would like to conference with a teacher, follow these instructions:
1. Log into ParentVue as you typically would. (lParent Vue link)
2. Click on "Conference." (A tab on the left side of the screen.)
3. Click on "Parent Scheduled Conferences". (A tab on the right side of the screen.)
4. Click on the time you would like for your conference.
5. At the top right side, if you click on the blue words "Email Schedule", it will email you (the parent) your conference time.
6. If you have more than one student, you will need to schedule each student individually. It might be helpful to write down the first child's date and time so that you can schedule additional children back to back.
7. Success! You are finished with your part! Teachers will see their conference schedule as it fills in. Your students name will populate in the time slot you selected and the teacher will contact you.

If you are unable to schedule an appointment with a teacher (teachers have twenty-one 10-minute conference slots), you can always connect with them to arrange a time to meet outside of the conference window.

Mask Requirement In Effect - Fruita Monument students and staff will be required to wear masks beginning on 1/17/22. The duration of this requirement will be dependent on the percentage of infected students after a minimum of 10 days. We must also be under 1% for five consecutive days.

According to guidance determined by the School District, Mesa County Public Health, and the Keeping Schools Open Task Force, the threshold for universal masking for an individual school is 2%.  Our current positivity percentage is .6% as of 1/25/22.

Please encourage your student to wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose at all times when indoors and to wash hands frequently.

The requirement applies to all visitors and extra-curricular activities. We will have masks available at the school.
