You may earn a $1000.00 scholarship to the college of your choice if you are:

• at least 17 years of age

• a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident alien of the U.S.

• enrolled in school

• involved in community service

AmeriCorps is a national service program initiated by President Clinton. AmeriCorps provides education awards in exchange for community service.

Students who are involved in community service and complete 300 hours within 1 year may qualify for a $1000.00 educational voucher to be used at the institution of their choice.

Students must register with the School To Career Coordinator, Mrs. Foster, at the Futures Center in the library. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 7:30am - 3:00pm.
